Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin, followed by the application of a PDRN-based formulation as part of the treatment protocol.
For the fullest results we recommend a series of three. Add the neck or décolletage to extend the treatment.

Questions
Frequently asked questions.
- What is microneedling with PDRN?
- PDRN microneedling combines professional microneedling with a PDRN-based skin treatment designed to complement the procedure and support a refreshed, rejuvenated appearance. PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is derived from salmon DNA.
- How much does microneedling with PDRN cost?
- From $350 (face) · Series of 3 from $1,000. We partner with Cherry, so you can split the cost of a treatment into monthly payments. Applying takes about a minute on your phone, and checking what you qualify for does not affect your credit score. You can start at eclatazmedspa.com/payment-plans, ask at checkout, or raise it at your consultation and we will walk you through what fits. Cost planning is part of the plan we build with you, not a surprise at the end: every price comes from our published menu except HALO® and biostimulators, which are priced at your consultation, so you can think it over at home first.
- Why pair microneedling with salmon DNA?
- PDRN, polydeoxyribonucleotide, is a regenerative compound derived from salmon DNA. In this treatment a PDRN-based formulation is applied to the skin after the needling, which is the same needling as our classic treatment.
- Is the downtime different from regular microneedling?
- No. Recovery is similar to our classic microneedling: mild redness, sensitivity and swelling may occur for several days, and the aftercare is the same. The PDRN is part of the treatment and complements the post-treatment skin-care routine.
- How many PDRN sessions are recommended?
- The same as our classic microneedling: for the fullest results we recommend a series of three, and the menu prices it that way. Add the neck or décolletage if you want the treatment carried past the jawline. Spacing and sequencing are set with your provider at the first visit, and if a single session is the right way for you to start, start there.
- How is it different from regular microneedling?
- The needling is the same as our classic microneedling. After it, a PDRN-based formulation, derived from salmon DNA, is applied to the skin as part of the treatment. Recovery is similar and the aftercare is the same. The face is $350 with PDRN and $225 without.
- Does PDRN microneedling hurt?
- It feels like our classic microneedling, because the needling is the same: most people feel warmth or a light scratching sensation rather than pain. A numbing cream is commonly applied beforehand.
- How long does a PDRN microneedling appointment take?
- We book an hour for the face, an hour and a half with the neck, and two hours with the neck and décolletage.
- Is the consultation free?
- Yes, always. A consultation here is a real appointment with our nurse practitioner, our registered nurse or one of our licensed aestheticians, depending on the treatment, at no charge, with no pressure and no obligation attached. We talk through your skin, your goals, and what we would honestly recommend, and you leave with a plan you can take home. Come for the consultation, decide on treatment after. You don't have to book one on the spot.
