How your first visit works.

Book the consultation
Online in about a minute, or call or text (480) 903-4544. Walk-ins are welcome, but a booked visit means the room and the time are yours.

Talk it through
You sit down with our nurse practitioner, our registered nurse or one of our licensed aestheticians, depending on the treatment. We start with your history and anything you have tried before, then what you would like to change.

Leave with a plan
What we would start with, in what order, and what each step costs from our published menu. If something is not the right fit, we will say so.
- Step 4
Decide when you're ready
Book your first treatment that day, later, or not at all. If you are using a new-client offer, it is applied at that visit.

Is the consultation free?
Yes, always. A consultation here is a real appointment with our nurse practitioner, our registered nurse or one of our licensed aestheticians, depending on the treatment, at no charge, with no pressure and no obligation attached. We talk through your skin, your goals, and what we would honestly recommend, and you leave with a plan you can take home. Come for the consultation, decide on treatment after. You don't have to book one on the spot.
Do I have to book a treatment at my consultation?
No. The consultation ends with a plan, not a checkout. Some people book their first appointment before they leave because they are ready; others take the plan home and think about it. Both are normal here.
Who will I see at my consultation?
Our nurse practitioner, our registered nurse or one of our licensed aestheticians, depending on the treatment. Wrinkle relaxers and filler are done by a licensed nurse every time: our nurse practitioner or our registered nurse injector. Aestheticians do not inject here.
Can I use more than one new-client offer?
No. One new-client offer per client. Choose the one that suits your first treatment.
Can I combine a new-client offer with Allē?
Yes. Our new-client offer can be combined with Allē savings you qualify for. Allē sets its own offers and their terms, and we'll confirm at your consultation whether your treatment qualifies.
