Can You Pay Monthly for a Med Spa Treatment in Phoenix?

6 min read

The short answer

Yes. At éclat we partner with Cherry, so the cost of a treatment can be split into monthly payments. You apply on your phone in about a minute, checking what you qualify for does not affect your credit score, and the plan is an agreement between you and Cherry. The treatment price itself comes from our published menu.

Most people who ask us about paying monthly ask it quietly, near the end of a consultation, as if it were an awkward question. It is not. It is a planning question, and it has a plain answer: yes, through a partner called Cherry, and here is how it works.

This post covers the mechanics. What a payment plan is at a med spa, who decides what, why the price of the treatment does not move, which treatments people tend to ask about, and what to ask before you apply for anything. It states no rates and no terms, because those are Cherry's to show you, and they depend on your own eligibility.

Read it before your visit if money is part of the decision. It usually is, and we would rather it were part of the plan than a surprise at the end.

How do payment plans work at a med spa?

A payment plan at a med spa is not something the practice runs itself. A separate company offers the plan, decides who qualifies, and collects the payments; the practice is paid for the treatment and you pay the plan provider over time. At éclat that company is Cherry.

The steps are short. You apply with Cherry on your phone and see what you qualify for. At your visit you tell us you would like to use Cherry. At checkout you choose the plan that fits, on Cherry's screen, and complete the purchase. The consultation and the treatment are exactly the same either way.

What does Cherry decide, and what do we decide?

The line is clean, and worth knowing. Cherry is a financial technology provider and platform, not a bank or a lender; the plans are issued by Cherry's lending partners. Cherry decides whether you qualify, for how much, at what rate, and over how long. We never see the details of your application.

We decide the price of the treatment, and it is not a decision we make at checkout. Every treatment price comes from our published menu, so you can read it at home before you talk to anyone. We also decide, with you, what treatment is actually right, and that happens at a free consultation before money enters the conversation.

Does a payment plan change the price of the treatment?

No. The treatment costs what the menu says, whether you pay in full or over time. What a plan can add is the cost of the plan itself, and that is Cherry's to show you before you accept anything, in the terms on their screen. We do not publish rates or plan lengths here because they are not ours to state, and because yours depend on your eligibility.

One thing we do state: checking what you qualify for does not affect your credit score. That is Cherry's own description of the check it runs, and it is why it is reasonable to look before you decide anything.

Which treatments do people ask about paying monthly?

The higher lines on the menu, understandably. Here they are with their published prices, which is the only figure we can put beside them. What a plan would look like for any of them is a Cherry screen, not a table we can print.

The treatments most often asked about, with their prices from our published menu. No plan figures, because those are Cherry's to show you.

Does a plan change whether you should buy a series?

It changes when you pay, not what is right for your skin. A series is the right purchase when a consultation has confirmed that a series is the right plan, and a payment plan does not alter that order. Our microneedling treatments are priced as a series of three on the menu, and the consultation is where we say whether a series is what we would recommend for you, or whether one visit is the better way to start.

What a plan can genuinely do is stop the size of a series price from deciding for you. If the right plan is three visits and the total is the thing standing in the way, that is the situation a monthly plan exists for. If the right plan is one visit, buy one visit.

What should you ask before you apply?

Five questions, and we will answer every one of them at the consultation, in writing if you like.

  • What is the full price of the treatment or the series, add-ons included? It should be on the menu before anyone asks for a number.
  • What would the plan cost in total? Cherry shows this on its own screen before you accept.
  • Does applying affect my credit score? Cherry describes its check as one that does not.
  • What happens to a visit I do not use, if I buy a series?
  • Can I decide after the consultation rather than before? Yes. The consultation is free and comes first.

What if you are nervous about asking?

Ask anyway. It is a normal question. The consultation is free, it ends with a plan and a price you can take home, and plenty of people book nothing that day. If a monthly plan would make the right treatment possible, we will walk through what it would look like. If it would not, we will say that too.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We partner with Cherry, so you can split the cost of a treatment into monthly payments. Applying takes about a minute on your phone, and checking what you qualify for does not affect your credit score. Ask at checkout, or raise it at your consultation and we will walk you through what fits.

Does applying for a Cherry plan affect my credit score?

Checking what you qualify for does not affect your credit score; Cherry describes the check it runs as a soft one that will not affect your credit. Whatever Cherry shows you after that is the agreement, and it is between you and Cherry. We never see the details of your application, and we make no part of the decision.

Does paying monthly change the price of the treatment?

No. The treatment costs what our published menu says, whether you pay in full or over time. Any cost of the plan itself is Cherry's to disclose before you accept, on their own screen. We publish no rates or plan lengths because they are not ours to state and they depend on your eligibility.

Can I use a payment plan for a series?

Yes. A plan covers what you buy at checkout, whether that is a single session or a series. Whether a series is the right purchase is decided first, at your free consultation, and the exact total, add-ons included, is written down there before any payment question comes up.

Do I need to apply before my consultation?

No. The consultation is free and comes first; it is where we look at your skin, recommend a treatment or a series, and give you the exact price. You can apply with Cherry afterwards, at home, or at checkout on the day. Plenty of people leave the consultation with a plan and decide the rest later.

What if Cherry does not approve me?

Then nothing about your visit changes except the way you pay. The consultation is still free, the price is still the menu price, and you can pay for a treatment as you would anywhere else. Eligibility is Cherry's decision, made on its own criteria, and it is not something we can see or influence.
