- Is masseter tox an approved use?
- Not in the US. It is an off-label use, which is common practice, and we explain what that means at your consultation.
- How soon will I see a difference?
- Slimming builds gradually and usually looks fullest around three months. Some people notice their jaw feels less tight within a few weeks. Results vary.
- How long does it last?
- Slimming may last six to twelve months, and repeat visits keep it up. Results vary.
- Does it help with TMJ or teeth grinding?
- Research is mixed, so we will not promise relief. Your consultation looks at what you are feeling, and we may point you to your dentist first.
- Will it change my smile or my chewing?
- Chewing can feel tired for a few weeks, and smile changes are uncommon. Both are usually temporary.
- How many units will I need?
