These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by ECLAT AESTHETICA LLC (“éclat Spa & Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site, or introduce malware or harmful code.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or republish content from the site without our written permission.

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider. No physician–patient or provider–patient relationship is created by your use of this website.

This applies to our live chat as well. The chat window is for general questions (hours, directions, pricing, booking) and is staffed as time allows, not monitored continuously. It is not a confidential or secure channel, it is not a medical record, and nothing said in it is medical advice. Please do not send medical, health, or treatment details through it. For anything involving your health, call or email us instead, and never rely on chat for anything urgent.

Consultation or contact requests submitted through our forms are inquiries only and are not confirmed until we contact you. Appointments booked through our online booking tool are confirmed in accordance with the booking and payment policies shown to you at the time of booking. All treatments remain subject to consultation, medical suitability, and our policies. Pricing, availability, and offers may change at any time.

Promotional or advertised pricing, such as a promotional offer or “starting at” prices, reflects a starting point for qualifying treatments, is available for a limited time, remains subject to consultation and treatment suitability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Aesthetic and wellness outcomes vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of any specific result. Before-and-after photography shown on this site is real and unretouched, and comes from two sources that are labeled separately wherever they appear. Some of it is our own clients, photographed at our studio and published with their written permission; those “after” photographs were taken the same day as the treatment and include the swelling that immediately follows an injectable treatment, so they are not a settled result. The rest is clinical photography provided by Sciton, the manufacturer of the platforms we treat with, and depicts that manufacturer’s patients rather than our own clients. Other photography on this site shows our studio, our team, and a professional model rather than clients. A small number of treatment illustrations are AI-generated and illustrative, depicting a brand model rather than a client, and the skincare product still lifes are AI-generated renderings of the lines we carry. Nothing shown on this site — photography or client reviews — is a promise of your outcome.

Online booking and payments are provided through Mangomint, a third-party platform, using its own payment provider. When you book or pay through our booking tool, your transaction is also subject to Mangomint's applicable terms, in addition to these Terms.

Any deposit, cancellation, no-show, or refund policy presented to you at the time of booking applies to your appointment. You authorize the charges you approve at booking, including any deposit or card-on-file amount and any late-cancellation or no-show fee disclosed to you. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party booking and payment services.

Financing is offered through Cherry (Cherry Technologies, Inc.), a third-party payment-plan platform that is not a bank or a lender. If you apply, any payment plan is an agreement between you and Cherry and its lending partners, subject to their approval and to the terms, rates, and fees Cherry discloses to you before you accept. We are not a lender, we do not make credit decisions, and we are not responsible for Cherry's services. Financing availability and terms may change at any time. All content on this site (including text, images, graphics, logos, the “éclat Spa & Wellness” name and branding, and the site design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.

The site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including booking, payment, or social-media tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Two of these run inside our own pages rather than as links: our online booking tool and our live chat window are both provided by Mangomint. When you open either, you are interacting with Mangomint's systems, and what you enter there is collected and held by Mangomint under its own terms and privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy explains what each collects.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECLAT AESTHETICA LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ECLAT AESTHETICA LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
