What does the $500 special cover?

What is BBL, exactly?
BroadBand Light, by Sciton. Pulses of filtered light reach below the skin's surface to lift unwanted pigment, calm redness, and fade sun damage, while gently prompting your skin to build fresh collagen.
Is BBL a laser?
No, and almost everyone assumes otherwise, ourselves included out of habit. A laser fires a single wavelength at a single target. BroadBand Light sends out a wide band of wavelengths and then filters that band down to the range your skin needs, which is why one handpiece can work on sun damage, redness, active breakouts or hair reduction depending on the filter and settings. HALO®, our resurfacing treatment, is a true laser. BBL is light.
Which machine do you use?
Sciton's BBL HERO®, the current generation of the BroadBand Light platform, and the HALO® hybrid fractional laser alongside it. HERO stands for High Energy Rapid Output: it delivers its energy in fast, well-cooled pulses, which is what keeps a full treatment pass comfortable. Both are FDA-cleared, and both are made by Sciton, whose clinical before-and-after photography you can see further up this page.
Will I have downtime?
Little to none for most BBL® treatments. We'll tell you exactly what to expect, upfront, at your consultation.
How many sessions will I need?
